I did send a hello, tonight. 

Got a fast response. 

She must be driving to work..

Said she just saw a Mini with MA plates and thought of me.

I said I wish it was me.

..that was it.

I tried to swap the O2 sensor on Ls car.. can't get the old one out..

I borrowed the tool, and got a torch.. just started stripping the bolt..

Annoyed, so before I ruined it...

I will try again tomorrow.

Started working on the radio that arrived today.. it was prepaid..cash! 

I may be able to knock it out before we leave...

..

Also, L is working Tues night.. and that means will prob have a tough time driving 10 hours on Wed.. not sure how that is gonna work..

We may have to stop.. and delay the hotel.. since it's past cancellation.. we may just have to stop when she can't drive anymore and get another place to stay..

I didn't think to make sure she took Tuesday off too.. so she could be rested.

We could just take one car.. and that would be that ... Since we don't have a third driver...Much safer .

Finances are slipping.. it's a two dip into the reserve this month..

I had extra money in last week's check..and let L pay the phone bill, I covered the mortgage, utils, and internet..

Still I had to add a second from the reserve.. down to $4500.. 

I don't see filling that back up anytime soon..

Maybe when I get the retro pay.. if I get it.. the longer it takes the more of it will go to taxes..

....

So..when we get back..I need to pull the clubman apart..and get the engine pulled and swap in the new one..pull the wheel sensor from the parts car and swap that.. then see what else needs to be done.. maybe brakes .. 

...

I'm planning on Labor Day weekend in Maine.. maybe take the Tuesday after for travel...if N can get it off.

No luck on finding the saddle..I really wish I could find it for her.

The parts I ordered for Lenny's amp, were wrong..I need to search more and find some of the correct amperage.

..

This summer has been short.. with little memories..

I think it's a limbo year.. 

No money, no relationship..even with a girlfriend..

I feel I have missed it ..some where .

It should have been very different..

The past 10 years have been very weird .

Lots of promise and no delivery.

No real lasting satisfaction.

Just the same.. every day.

Not sure what to do next..
