typical Saturday

Yes. 

Joseph woke me early..and endured while I stayed in bed 2 more hours..

Got up, made my list, started my laundry..got the shopping done..

Paid bills.. started working on a radio..and decided to start on the shower.. looked for local parts. None.. have to order..so.. took out the sheets and towels..took down the shelves.. measured the wall to cut the hole for the access door..

Actually did great.. cut with the drywall saw..and the piece was only held in by one drywall screw.. perfect opening.. access to what I need..

Verified no more water dripping under the tub..

Texted the one guy I know that does handyman stuff..asked if he would help. I mentioned my options , knowing a plumber would be more than $600.. so I offered $500..if he was willing.

He texted back at dinner and said he would be over to look at it tomorrow.

I will order the valve.

So maybe tomorrow afternoon I can work on the car doors..and radios..

Im tired.. been a long day.. 

I didnt sleep..real sleep till 5am..

5 to 9.. so good enough.. but not uninterrupted..

...

Next month is at least 3 weeks of shift coverage.. gonna be tough..

A week of early mornings..then followed by 2 weeks of 6 day evenings.. including my regular 10 hour Fridays..so minimum 50 hour weeks for 2 weeks.

The shift changes will be tough enough. Getting back on track after will be tough.. maybe I should plan my time off after that....

No time for skirt chasing.. HAH! 

I wish.
